Lamborghini Built 99 Revuelto Homages for the Miura's 60th

Ninety nine. That is the entire production run of the Lamborghini Revuelto Miura 60 Homage, and every one of those cars uses the identical 1,001 horsepower hybrid V12 that ships in the standard Revuelto. Lamborghini is not selling more power here. It is selling nine paint codes lifted from a car that debuted in 1966, applied to a chassis built in 2026, with a carbon fiber plaque in the cabin to prove which of the 99 you own. That is the whole pitch, and it works because the source material earns it.

Lamborghini built the Revuelto Miura 60 Homage in a run of 99 through Ad Personam, its in house bespoke division, working with Centro Stile, the brand's design studio. Under the skin it is unchanged: the same naturally aspirated 6.5 liter V12, three electric motors, 8 speed dual clutch gearbox and carbon fiber monofuselage as the standard Revuelto, built on the same Sant'Agata Bolognese line that turned out the Temerario GT3 race car earlier this year. Lamborghini's own WLTP figures put the car at 350 grams of CO2 per kilometer combined, 4.7 kWh per 100 km plus 15 liters per 100 km on the plug in hybrid cycle, and 17.9 liters per 100 km if the battery runs dry. Buyers pick between two Ad Personam liveries, detailed in Oro Elios and Grigio Nimbus trim, or one of nine exterior colors pulled straight from the Miura's original palette: Rosso Arancio, Arancio, Giallo, Verde Scandal, Verde Metallic, Blu Tahiti, Blu Notte, Nero Noctis and Bianco Monocerus.

Marcello Gandini Was Twenty Six When He Drew This

Every one of those colors points back to a car Marcello Gandini finished sketching in January 1966, while working as Bertone's head of design at an age most designers spend on junior projects. The Miura debuted at the Geneva Motor Show that year with its V12 mounted transversely behind the driver, a layout no road car maker had put into series production. The roof sat 110 centimeters off the ground. Lamborghini has called it the first true supercar, and sixty years on it is still the reference point every homage in this class gets measured against, including this one.

The Emissions Figure Was Already on the Record

Finally Offline reported the Revuelto's exact emissions numbers back in May, when Lamborghini paired a World Bee Day post about its Sant'Agata apiary with the same 350 g/km figure buried in the caption. The Miura 60 Homage carries that number forward unchanged, which confirms something worth knowing: the plug in hybrid drivetrain under this special edition is not a new tune or a lighter build. It is the same powertrain Lamborghini has been running all year, repackaged in a paint job with more history behind it than the car it is bolted to.

Nine Colors Against a Fifty Year Old Playbook

Lamborghini has run this move before. For its own 50th anniversary in 2013, the brand built just nine Veneno Roadsters at 3.3 million euros each, a run so small the cars now trade for 8 to 10 million dollars on the secondary market. Ninety nine Revuelto Homages at a fraction of that scarcity is a different math problem, closer to how Ferrari handled its Tailor Made SF90 XX Spider program: real limitation, but priced for a wider bench of buyers than a nine car flex. The plaque does the scarcity work here, not the production number.

Each Revuelto Miura 60 Homage carries a carbon fiber plaque on the driver's side reading Miura 60, Serie Speciale, 1 di 99, with the individual car's number stamped in. It is the same instinct that drives a numbered vinyl pressing or a limited sneaker box code: the object does not change, but the number on it does the convincing. Lamborghini premiered the car at its Monterey Lounge on August 3, 2026, during Monterey Car Week, in front of the exact collector base that already owns the six figure hardware to cross reference a plaque number against a production run. Ninety nine cars, nine colors, one unchanged V12, and a number on a plaque that turns a repaint into a provenance document.
