Who Decides War will release Delivery 3 of its Fall Winter 2026 collection on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at noon Eastern, at whodecideswar.com. The New York label is selling the season in numbered deliveries, and this one follows a first drop that went live in September.

The announcement is four lines long: Fall Winter 2026, Delivery 3, the date and time, and the web address. It names no pieces. That leaves the earlier deliveries as the only evidence of what the label is putting in front of customers this season, and they point in a clear direction.

Noon Eastern on a Thursday, With No Piece List

Delivery 3 opens at noon Eastern on Thursday, October 29, on the label's own site. The announcement gives a time and an address and stops there, which is a format Who Decides War has used before. Its July announcement for the first Spring Summer 26 delivery named a date and a number of locations, "3 locations across the city," and left the rest to followers.

The brand's homepage already carries banners for Fall Winter 26 Delivery 1 and Delivery 2, so Delivery 3 extends a sequence customers can see laid out in order. Three deliveries inside one season is a cadence decision. A label that wanted a single launch would ship a season once, and Who Decides War is cutting it into pieces with a date on each.

Delivery 1 Was Distressed Denim and Hand Drawn Graphics

Pause reported in September that the first Fall Winter 2026 drop was available now, built around relaxed, distressed denim with hand drawn graphics, plus reworked jersey pieces and a striped polo with an embroidered graphic. Office Magazine described the collection as a refinement of the label's existing signatures into a focused lineup of everyday pieces.

Those two descriptions fit the label's history. Everard Best, who designs as Ev Bravado, and Téla D'Amore started Who Decides War in 2018 on the Lower East Side, and the brand built its name on denim that is distressed and hand dyed, with lace or tulle worked into the cotton. That denim has sat in a band of 350 to 500 dollars. When the label released its mesh Aint Fair Jersey alongside Save You Denim in August, the jersey carried 199 dollars on a top with none of the hand work, and the two were shot in one frame.

A striped polo and reworked jersey in Delivery 1 suggest Delivery 3 draws on those families of product. Nothing in the announcement confirms it, so this piece does not guess at the contents. The label has not published a piece list for the date.

The season before ran on sidewalks. Who Decides War brought the first Spring Summer 26 delivery to three New York City locations on Friday, July 31, 2026, and followed with an online release on Sunday, August 2, built around five signature tops. That collection was Read the Room, the label's eleventh, which it showed at New York Fashion Week in September 2025 with Leon Thomas performing live. WWD described it as opening in charred blacks, dusty greys and woodgrain browns before moving into damask print pieces.

Fall Winter 2026 has moved the weight onto the website. Spring Summer 26 needed three physical stops and a scavenger hunt to make its point; Fall Winter 26 needs a link and a clock. Office Magazine reported that the collection launched exclusively at whodecideswar.com, and Delivery 3 keeps to that single door.

The label's profile supports the move. Best and D'Amore were 2024 LVMH Prize semifinalists and show on the official New York Fashion Week calendar, so the brand can fill a runway in September and still sell its season in installments from a web page.

Thursday at Noon Is the Test

The one open question is how much of the season is left. With Delivery 1 in September, Delivery 2 on the homepage and Delivery 3 on October 29, the season has a clear order. If a fourth delivery exists, nothing public says so, and the October 29 announcement does not call this one the last. The label has stated no stock count and no restock plan, so Thursday at noon Eastern is a live release in the plainest sense: the clock, the link and whatever the label puts behind it.
