PORSCHE ADDS THE 911 TURBO S TO ITS SCTD WEEKEND

Porsche's caption for its latest Sportscar Together Day post runs two words at a time: "Keys out. Cameras out." Then, underneath, the paragraph of WLTP figures that has to follow any Porsche post mentioning a specific car.

This time the car is the 911 Turbo S, and the compliance footer lists combined fuel consumption of 11.7 to 11.5 liters per 100 kilometers and combined CO2 emissions of 266 to 261 grams per kilometer, placing it in emissions class G. It's the third Porsche post from Sportscar Together Day weekend to carry its own set of numbers. The event's teaser post led with the 911 GT3 RS days earlier, running the same combination of an invitation and a compliance disclosure.

Sportscar Together Day itself ran September 12 and 13, 2026, across Porsche Experience Centers worldwide, from Hockenheimring and Franciacorta in Europe to Atlanta and Los Angeles in North America. The event asks nothing more specific of participants than getting into a car and sharing it under the hashtag SCTD, whether that's an organized track day or a solo drive nobody else sees. It began in 2018 as a one-time tribute to Porsche's 70th anniversary and has run every year since, outliving the anniversary that first justified it.

What the Turbo S post adds isn't a new detail about the weekend. It's another car added to a running tally, one more caption where the invitation to drive shares space with the numbers regulators require Porsche to print every time it does. A separate post from the same weekend ran that disclosure format across five cars at once, stacking combustion models against electric ones in a single caption.
