NIKE ACG'S LAVA FLOW ULTRALIGHT FILLS WITH 90% GOOSE DOWN

The ACG Lava Flow Ultralight jacket is here, and Nike ACG introduced it with a clip titled Thermodynamics testing footage 001. The jacket is a featherweight, packable down layer. Retail listings put the fill at 90 percent goose down and 10 percent feathers, inside a nylon shell with a nylon lining.

90 Percent Goose Down, 10 Percent Feathers

The Ultralight's fill is 90 percent goose down and 10 percent feathers, according to listings from Flatspot and CCS. Therma FIT ADV sculpted insulation is added to boost thermal efficiency, and the shell and lining are both 100 percent nylon.

The build is simple: a full length double zip, zippered front pockets, elasticated loop cord cuffs, an adjustable hem and an embroidered logo. Black, Safety Orange and Old Royal are the colorways CCS lists.

Footage Numbered 001 Points to a Series

Nike ACG numbered its thermal testing footage 001, which reads as the first entry in a log. In July the brand ran its Aireez field test through four captions reading tested, deployed, worn and documented, so the lab notebook language is not new for ACG.

That testing voice runs from the jacket to the racing team. ACG's Racing Department took five podiums across four distances at the Chongli 168 podiums on July 11 and 12, 2026. The Lava Flow Ultralight comes from the same brand, and the clip that introduced it is numbered 001.
