SpaceXAI livestreams Matt Palmer, Lauren Tan and Roshan Sadanani building a company from scratch with Grok Bot, September 15 to 17 in San Francisco.

Three SpaceXAI employees are about to find out whether an AI agent can run a product launch from a blank page to a working demo in three days. Matt Palmer, Lauren Tan and Roshan Sadanani will livestream themselves building a company from scratch using only Grok Bot, running ideation, business planning, product decisions and the actual engineering work in front of an audience from September 15 through September 17.

Grok Bot Galaxy Runs Three Full Days At The Howard

The event is branded Grok Bot Galaxy, staged in person at The Howard, 661 Howard Street in San Francisco, with a parallel global livestream for anyone who registers through the event's Luma page. Daily programming runs roughly 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific across all three days. September 15 opens with Grok Bot 101 before moving into engineering, product manager and founder sessions. September 16 shifts to sales engineering, sales, SDRs and customer support. September 17 closes with marketing operations, post-sales, marketing and a final showcase wrapping the three day build. SpaceXAI bought Cursor for 60 billion dollars in SpaceX stock in June, which is why the same team now ships both an IDE and a chatbot under one roof.

Lauren Tan Already Works Both Sides Of The Build

Lauren Tan's own bio describes working on Grok Bot and Cursor at SpaceXAI, alongside a seat on the React Core team building the React Compiler. She has posted about shipping roughly a thousand pull requests a month using cloud agents, and about running Grok Bot routines to farm context from Slack bug reports and X complaints before pointing her next task at the results. That is the exact workflow the livestream is set up to test in public, an engineer who already leans on agents for her own output doing the same thing live while a business, not just a codebase, is what gets built.

Grok 4.7 Lands The Same Week

A stable release of Grok 4.7 is scheduled for September 12, three days before the livestream begins, giving the team a freshly shipped model to run the build on rather than whatever version predates it. Meta's Muse agent launched earlier this month promising to handle emails and even sell a user's car, and Grok Bot Galaxy is SpaceXAI's answer to that same argument, that an agent can carry real business tasks rather than isolated demos, stretched across three full working days instead of one launch clip.

Nine Sessions, Three Days, One Continuous Build

The three day schedule pairs the main build with nine total department sessions covering engineering, product, founders, sales engineering, sales, SDRs, customer support, marketing operations and marketing, each timed to land the day the main build reaches that part of the business. Registration for the livestream and the in person seats both run through the Grok Bot Galaxy page, with virtual access kept separate from the walk in blocks at The Howard.
