BPAW Snow Jackets and a Snowboard Anchor BAPE's FW26 Drop

BAPE by Kazuki Kuraishi FW26 goes on sale Saturday, October 31, 2026 at BAPE STORE NEW YORK SOHO and US.BAPE.COM, and BAPE's product pages now name what the collection is made of: a snowboard, a 3 layer snow jacket, a 2 layer alpha jacket, a 2 in 1 reversible down jacket, a padded track jacket and an energy saving fleece jacket, among others. That fills the gap in the first read on this season, which ran when the camouflage names and the date were the only things BAPE had confirmed.

Ten Pieces Are Named So Far

BAPE's international store lists at least ten FW26 pieces by name. The outerwear is the Energy Saving Fleece Jacket, the BPAW 3 Layer Snow Jacket, the BPAW 2 Layer Alpha Jacket, the Padded Track Jacket and the 2 in 1 Reversible Down Jacket. The rest is a Stripe Crewneck Sweatshirt, a Stripe Beanie, BPAW Logo Snow Gloves, a Utility Backpack and a Snowboard.

Several of those pages, including the fleece, the beanie and the gloves, were already marked sold out when they were indexed, so the list is a record of what BAPE has published and not a guarantee of what is on the rack in SoHo on Saturday. Stupid Dope's coverage adds powder outerwear, a Maze Pattern fleece and two shoes, the BPAW Snow STA and the BAPE STA Mod.

The brand's own line for the season is short: "Built to move. Made to adapt." It describes technical outerwear, layered silhouettes and distinctive camouflage, and the product list matches it, with two of the jackets named for their layer count.

Alpha, Fleece, Down: The Stack Is the Point

A 3 layer snow jacket and a 2 layer alpha jacket sit side by side in one collection, next to a fleece, a padded track jacket and a reversible down jacket. That is five outerwear pieces at different weights, which fits the brand's wording about layered silhouettes. BAPE has not published fabric specs, insulation weights or waterproof ratings for the FW26 pieces, so those claims are left to the garments when they arrive in stores.

The camouflage is the one piece of the season BAPE has named: DIGITAL TIGER CAMO and DIGITAL 1ST CAMO, covered in the earlier report. The FW25 snowboarding drop wore ABC and UAP camo, SS26 used Digital Camo Dot, and FW26 moves to the Digital Tiger and Digital 1st patterns, so Kuraishi's outerwear has changed camouflage every season.

Sapporo Was the Runway

BAPE was the title sponsor of Sapporo Open the Street 2026, a snowboard rail jam held October 24 and 25 at Sapporo Kita 3 jo Plaza, known as Akapla. Kuraishi and Edison Chen attended, and the FW26 collection debuted there a week before it reached stores.

It is the second time the line has launched at a snow venue. In December 2025 BAPE held a launch event for Kuraishi's snowsports drop at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort. That Drop 3 landed on December 6, 2025 with snow gloves, beanies, snow clogs and the BAPE SIMS snowboard, so the FW26 snowboard has a direct ancestor on the same island.

Kuraishi Spent a Year Inside BAPE Before BPAW Shipped

BPAW stands for BAPE Performance All Weather by Kazuki Kuraishi, and Kuraishi told Prodism in a March 17, 2026 interview that he spent about a year working with the current BAPE team before it launched. He described the aim as offering products that can be called outdoor and performance within the BAPE brand.

He comes to it from the other side of the industry. Kuraishi has been a creative director for adidas Originals, CASHCA and KAPPA, and his profile says he studied snowboarding and biking in Colorado before moving to New York to study graphic arts. The US release is at BAPE STORE NEW YORK SOHO, in the city where he went to study.

Eden, Will and the Credits Behind the Look

The campaign images carry a full crew credit. Shunya Arai took the photographs, Lambda Takahashi did the styling, Mirai Uejo handled hair and make up, Eden and Will modeled, and Hiroshi Kagiyama directed.

The collection lands in a week when BAPE has several things going at once. BAPE and SUBU round three also goes on sale October 31 in ABC Camo, and earlier in the season the brand split its Crocs launch across October 3 and October 8. FW26 is Kuraishi's third season with BAPE, after FW25 in November 2025 and SS26 on March 7, 2026.
