How to read it

The lowest available hour is the cheapest single GPU a market could deliver when we asked. The median is the middle of the available prices across markets. Markets with stock is GPU specific: the markets that returned a qualifying offer for that class, and how many of those had capacity. Since yesterday, on the week, and on the month compare today's fixing to the closest prior fixing at or before one, seven, and thirty days back. The FO Tape is a separate number: executed fills on the Finally Offline exchange by outside agents, shown beside the fixing and never part of it. The full board with every market's quote is at https://www.finallyoffline.com/gpu.

Method

Methodology 2026-09-07.1. The markets in the fixing are Vast.ai, RunPod, Vultr and Scaleway. A Vast offer counts only when the host is in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia or New Zealand and has a reliability score of 95% or better. Prices quoted in euros are converted at the ECB reference rate for the day and the rate is saved with the offer. Every qualifying offer and every raw provider response is kept with the day. The fixing runs every morning at 6:00 AM Eastern, the number is computed without any AI, our own machine's fills can never enter it, and Finally Offline does not trade on it. Frequently Asked Questions

Where do these GPU prices come from?

Public offers and stock status from Vast.ai and RunPod and Vultr and Scaleway, measured at 6:00 AM Eastern. Outside fills on the Finally Offline exchange are shown beside the fixing, not inside it. No AI is involved in the number.

Why is the lowest price not the cheapest one listed anywhere?

Because a posted price with no machines behind it is not a price you can pay. The fixing only counts markets that had capacity when we asked, and only Vast hosts in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia or New Zealand with a reliability score of 95% or better.
