Palace x Burberry Sells Only at Palace's New Soho Shop

The Palace Burberry collab goes on sale Thursday, November 5, 2026 at one address only: Palace's new London flagship at 8 Poland Street in Soho, according to WWD. The capsule runs to about ten pieces, led by a Burberry Camden car coat in honey beige, and it hands the new shop a range that WWD reports will not be sold anywhere else.

The collaboration was announced on October 30, 2026, six days before the sale, and the venue matters more than any single piece. The range tied to Palace's replacement London shop can only be bought inside that shop. That is the argument for reading this as a shop opening first and a collaboration second: Palace has run its London business on one rule since 2015, and Burberry's name is the newest way of applying it.

Ten Pieces, One Address, Starting November 5

Palace's Burberry capsule is about ten pieces and sells only at 8 Poland Street in Soho from November 5, WWD reports. The range it describes is a Camden car coat in honey beige with British countryside artwork, plus hooded jackets, T shirts, caps and skateboards covered in Burberry check.

Culted adds detail on the clothes: a checked hooded jacket with a matching shirt and cap, Palace's Tri Ferg logo set against Burberry's Equestrian Knight motif, countryside illustrations across the sleeves and body of the coat, and an oversized Palace x Burberry graphic on its back.

The coat is the piece to read closely. Burberry sells its standard Camden car coat as made in England from shower resistant cotton gabardine woven at the Burberry Mill, and it already uses honey beige as a colourway on its Lightweight Camden. No report on the collaboration says whether Palace's coat uses that gabardine, and none lists a price or a fabric weight. No source confirms whether the range will reach other stores or Palace Online, so Poland Street is the only confirmed door.

Palace had named no address for a replacement shop when the Brewer Street closure was first noted in early October. WWD now supplies one, and reports that Palace closed Brewer Street on September 21 and is moving to a larger, multi floor flagship nearby.

"Everything You Get in There, You'll Only Get There"

Palace has sold its London capsules in its own shop alone since Brewer Street opened on April 25, 2015. Founder Lev Tanju told Style.com, in remarks Complex reported on April 24, 2015, "Everything you get in there, you'll only get there."

Complex added that Tanju planned to release small capsule collections exclusively at the new location. The practice held until the end: the Manor Place range at Brewer Street on June 26, 2026 was a Palace and Nike collection sold at that address alone, about three months before the shop closed.

The Burberry capsule applies the rule to the replacement. Brewer Street ran more than eleven years on that promise, and the range announced for the new address is one that cannot be bought anywhere else, so the Soho flagship starts with the same promise Tanju made in 2015.

The timing sits against a year of openings elsewhere. Palace opened in Hong Kong on February 7, in Shanghai on May 23, in Seoul's Jamsil on August 22 and in Singapore on October 3, 2026, while London lost the only shop it had. London now has a closed shop, a concession and a new address with a Burberry range attached.

Haymarket Is a Burberry Building

Dover Street Market London, Palace's only open London door since Brewer Street shut, sits in the former Burberry building at Haymarket that Thomas Burberry erected in 1912. Dover Street Market moved there in March 2016 from Mayfair, where it opened in September 2004 at 17 to 18 Dover Street.

Palace's recent London drops have gone through that building. Palace Winter 26 began releasing on October 2, 2026, and the Palace Nike Manor Place collection goes on sale at Dover Street Market London on Friday, October 30, six days before the Burberry capsule sells in Soho.

So within one week Palace has two London releases at two addresses, one inside a Burberry building and one carrying a Burberry capsule. That is a coincidence of addresses, not a plan anyone has described. It does frame the move: the concession kept Palace in London after Brewer Street, and the Burberry range sells at Poland Street alone, which leaves Dover Street Market out.

A Knight Beside the Tri Ferg

Burberry's Equestrian Knight Design dates to a public logo competition around 1901, and the knight carries a banner reading Prorsum, Latin for forwards. Riccardo Tisci's 2018 rebrand replaced it with a sans serif wordmark and a TB monogram developed with Peter Saville, and Daniel Lee brought the knight back in February 2023 as his first visual statement after joining as chief creative officer in October 2022.

Culted places that knight on Palace's pieces beside the Tri Ferg. The pairing sets a mark Burberry revived three years ago against the triangle logo of a brand that began at Manor Place in South London in 2009, and the range includes skateboards covered in Burberry check.
