KITH TEASES THREE NEW BALANCE 2011 MONUMENT PAIRS

Ronnie Fieg has teased a Kith x New Balance 2011 Monument pack: three pairs in textured suede and perforated leather, with autumn imagery printed where the side panel normally sits. The reveal came on November 4, 2026, and no release date or retail plan has been announced.

Park, Arena, Garden: Three Names in Circulation

Sole Retriever reads the three pairs as tributes to Central Park and Madison Square Garden, with a third floral garden theme still undeciphered. French outlet Selecta Bisso lists the pairs as Arena, Park and Garden and says official details are pending, so the naming is not settled. Sole Retriever says only that the pack will release soon, and neither outlet reports a date, a price or a store list for it.

Two readings that overlap on Park and Garden give the pack its working outline. The materials are a contrast pairing, soft suede nap against clean punched leather, and the autumn print on the side panel turns each shoe into a small piece of seasonal scenery. The 2011 is the canvas and the story sits on top of it.

Twelve Years After Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge

Kith and New Balance sold a Central Park pair and a Brooklyn Bridge pair on November 28, 2014, each previewed alongside the New York monument that inspired it, at Kith's New York stores and online. The Monument pack revives that format twelve years later with one more shoe, and with a landmark doing the naming again.

June 26 Gave Kith a Shoe of Its Own

The 2011 is Kith's first original silhouette with New Balance, introduced in June 2026 to mark fifteen years of the partnership and named for the year Kith opened. It arrived in four colorways, Bark, Redwood, Leaf and Sakura, with Bark and Redwood held for New Balance at Kith in West Hollywood on Friday, June 26 and Leaf and Sakura going global on Monday, June 29.

The launch also carried an apparel and accessories line of reimagined technical jackets, shorts, mesh jerseys and headwear, and Man of Many reports that Fieg worked closely with New Balance designer Sam Pearce, who developed the 991v2. Those first four names came from the ground: bark, redwood, leaf, blossom. The Monument pack turns from nature to place, and it lands just over four months after launch. Sole Retriever has also reported a Knicks colorway preview of the 2011, which reads as a shoe being built out into a platform instead of left as a one season anniversary object. The New Balance at Kith store in West Hollywood, where the 2011 first went on sale, had reopened on Sunset in May.

Fieg Has Built a Garden Habit

Ronnie Fieg became the first Creative Director of the New York Knicks in November 2022. Madison Square Garden has appeared on a Kith and New Balance shoe in 2023, with the 990v6 celebrating the World's Most Famous Arena; in 2024, with two Numeric 480 pairs and a 991v2; and in 2025, when a 993 pack went on sale on November 3. If the Garden reading of the Monument pack holds, that makes four years in a row.

The 2025 pack came with a building takeover. For a Knicks home game against Dallas on November 5, Kith put team branded shirts on every seat and opened a pop up inside the arena with limited merchandise.

Kith's anniversary year has also moved fast. The 990v3 anniversary pairs with United Arrows & Sons, both in suede and mesh, went on sale Friday, October 2, a month before the Monument tease, and Fieg runs Kith with one partner, which keeps the release cadence in his hands.

What Is Still Missing

Three things are open: a release date, a store split, and the name of the third pair. The 2011 launch is the template to watch. In June the two scarcest colorways stayed inside a single West Hollywood store for three days before the rest went global, and a split like that would decide who can buy the Park and the Garden.

For now the count is simple. Three pairs, one upper of textured suede and perforated leather, Central Park and Madison Square Garden named by Sole Retriever, Park and Garden named again by Selecta Bisso, and no date.
