UNDEFEATED x BAPE Varsity Jacket Lands October 24

UNDEFEATED x BAPE releases a varsity jacket and a mesh cap on Saturday, October 24, at 11am at every UNDEFEATED Chapter Store and at 8am Pacific on Undefeated.com. The jacket is wool and leather with collaborative embroidery, statement patches and heritage inspired numbering, according to Modern Notoriety's listing of the Fall/Winter 2026 collection, which builds the whole line on wrestling, athletic wear and collegiate sportswear.

The release repeats a clock UNDEFEATED has already run twice this fall. Fall 2026 Drop 1 opened Friday, August 7, at 11am in the Chapter Stores and 8am Pacific online, a split the brand first used in April for its Wales Bonner footwear collaboration. Drop 2 used that split again on August 28.

Wool and Leather, Numbered Like a Team Jacket

UNDEFEATED's own announcement names two pieces, the Varsity Jacket and the Mesh Cap. Modern Notoriety's listing fills in the rest of the collection: the jacket carries embroidery, patches and numbering in the manner of a team jacket, and the embroidered mesh caps and towels use BAPE CAMO with co branded graphics and athletic club inspired detailing.

Two sweatshirts round out the list. There are full zip hoodies in black and red with BAPE CAMO and co branded graphics, and crewneck sweatshirts in navy and red. That makes five named product types across the jacket, the cap, the towels, the hoodies and the crewnecks, and only the first two appear in the brand's own post. Modern Notoriety is the only outlet with a product list at the time of writing, and no price has been published for either piece.

The wrestling reference shows up in the lineup itself. Towels sit next to the outerwear, which is a gym and locker room item, not a typical varsity jacket companion, and the listing pairs it with collegiate sportswear in the same sentence as the jacket.

Undefeated and BAPE Had a Varsity Jacket in November 2020

StockX lists a BAPE x Undefeated Varsity Jacket in black and gray and a second in green and white from Fall/Winter 2020, both with a release date of November 13, 2020. The jacket is not a new object for this pair.

Nor is the partnership. Hypebeast reported in October 2018 that UNDEFEATED had announced a collaboration with BAPE and Timberland, so the two labels have worked together since at least then. No listing says whether the 2026 jacket borrows from the 2020 one, so the two are tied together here only by the pairing and the garment.

BAPE has treated athletic and school codes as raw material since the Bapesta, the 2000 reinterpretation of the Air Force 1 built from patent leather and ABC camo. A varsity jacket in BAPE CAMO applies that habit to a different garment.

Seven Collaborations Since August 1, Then Undefeated

BAPE has put out seven collaborations since the aespa capsule on August 1: Medicom Toy on August 8, mastermind JAPAN on August 15, Mickey and Friends on August 22, a second Saint Mxxxxxx drop on September 19, Crocs on October 3 and the second Stray Kids round starting October 17, with a second wave set for October 30. UNDEFEATED makes eight.

The longest relationship on that list belongs to mastermind JAPAN, which has collaborated with BAPE since 2005 and released its 19th collection with the label in August. UNDEFEATED's history with BAPE runs from at least 2018, per the Timberland announcement.

UNDEFEATED has a busy year of its own to set beside it. The brand put Wales Bonner's adidas footwear in its stores on April 17, a Converse Dodgers Chuck 70 on April 27, and the Salomon Domingo in lemon and gold on September 10, before the two Fall 2026 drops in August. The BAPE jacket lands between a Stray Kids wave on October 17 and another on October 30, so BAPE's audience is being asked to shop three times in two weeks.

Set Two Clocks for Saturday

The caption lists the store time as 11am without a time zone, and the online time as 8am Pacific, which is 11am Eastern. If the stores open at 11am local, a West Coast Chapter Store opens three hours after the site does, while an East Coast store opens with the site.

UNDEFEATED used that two clock structure on August 7 and again on August 28, and now on October 24. Modern Notoriety's listing also puts the collection on BAPE.com, in BAPE stores and with authorized retailers that Saturday.
