Stephanie Au's NikeSKIMS selection puts a five time Olympic swimmer in clothes for the hours outside competition. Nike Women identifies the new collection as chosen by Au and available now. Performance cotton joins the fall edit

Fall 26 Edit 01 introduces a performance cotton blend alongside additions to existing NikeSKIMS fabric families. Nike describes the cotton offering as soft and equipped with Dri Fit technology; its Studio Stretch line emphasizes lightness and breathability.

Those are collection specifications, not a test of the garment in Au's portrait. The announcement does not identify that jacket's fabric, so assigning it the cotton blend from appearance alone would overstate what the image establishes.

Vogue Hong Kong reports that the release reached Hong Kong on September 17, with a physical offering at Lane Crawford in Harbour City. It also identifies Chloe Kim alongside Au. The local retail detail gives Au's selection a setting beyond a campaign portrait and lets shoppers encounter the fabrics directly.

Four sports share the fall campaign

The wider Fall 26 campaign includes Au, snowboarder Chloe Kim, speed skater Jutta Leerdam and hurdler Anna Cockrell, according to Hypebae's release report. Those sports require very different competition uniforms; this collection brings the athletes together around apparel worn outside those events.

There is a precedent within Nike's recent imagery. Finally Offline covered Alysa Liu in Studio Fleece, while Sha'Carri Richardson also fronted the fleece line. The athlete remains recognizable even when the clothing does not belong to the rink or track.

Au makes that move especially legible. A swimmer does not need a zipped jacket to demonstrate a stroke; she can choose it for everything surrounding the swim. Her five Olympic appearances establish the sporting context without turning an everyday garment into a claim about competitive performance.
