Patta's AW26 Knitwear Lands November 6, Six Weeks In

Patta's AW26 knitwear goes on sale Friday, November 6, on patta.nl, in the Patta app and in the chapter stores in Amsterdam, London and Lagos. It arrives 42 days after the collection's first instalment on September 25, and it is at least the sixth dated Patta release since September 12. The label is not launching a season. It is running a calendar.

Six Releases in 55 Days

Count the dates. The Corduroy Bomber Jacket went on sale Saturday, September 12 at 13:00 CEST for €248, filled with Primaloft Silver. The Crocs Classic Clog EXP followed on September 18 at $90 a pair, in Desert Camo and Black, with a Vibram lug sole in place of Crocs' molded foam base, making Patta the third label this year to rework the Classic Clog after Bape and Brain Dead. The AW26 collection's first instalment arrived September 25, at 13:00 CEST, through the website, the app and the three chapter stores.

The Leather Hooded Bomber came on Friday, October 9 in nubuck leather at €498, which is €250 above the corduroy bomber. The Patta x BEAMS 50th Anniversary Varsity Jacket landed October 30, with a 40 percent wool, 60 percent polyester body at 637 GSM and cowhide sleeves. The knitwear closes the run on November 6.

From the corduroy bomber to the knitwear is 55 days. The gaps between releases are 6, 7, 14, 21 and 7 days. The spacing runs from weekly to every third week.

Friday Is the Pattern

Five of the six drops fall on a Friday. September 18, September 25, October 9, October 30 and November 6 all do, and only the corduroy bomber on September 12 went out on a Saturday. A weekly rhythm trains a customer to check the site on one day,.

The material sequence matters as much as the calendar. The line moved from a corduroy bomber with Primaloft fill, to a Vibram clog, to nubuck leather, to a heavy wool blend varsity at 637 GSM. By November the weight has risen with the season, and knitwear is the last layer in the stack. Patta's own line makes the case: days are getting shorter, nights are getting colder.

The Counterpoint: Knit Was Already There

The cleanest argument against calling the November 6 drop a late arrival is that knitwear was in the first instalment. Menswear Bible's rundown of the Autumn Winter 26 collection, available online September 25, named space dye cable knits, ribbed knits and printed waffle long sleeves among its highlights, and Patta's UK site lists a Space Dye Cable Knitted Sweater in Multi among its AW26 arrivals.

So "brand new" on November 6 can mean one of two things. Either Friday brings a second wave of knit that follows the September pieces, or it brings the same knit range to every channel at once. Patta's message does not say which pieces are in the drop, how many there are, or what any of them cost. That is the part to confirm when the release goes live at patta.nl.

What the dates do show is intent. A label with a plan for a single launch day would not stack six releases across eight weeks. The September 25 instalment put sparkling script on dark denim, and Friday's drop moves from denim to wool.

Patta x Carhartt WIP Has a Wool Half Zip Waiting

The knitwear is not the only wool Patta has coming. A Patta x Carhartt WIP collaboration for Fall 2026 is listed as a nine piece collection and marks the first time since 2014 that the two European brands have worked together. One piece, a Half Zip Sweater, is a textured knit in a heavyweight wool blend, in safety orange, with a zip collar, raglan sleeves and a jacquard graphic on the back. Carhartt WIP's listing tags it "Coming Soon: Fall 26."

Nothing links that sweater to the November 6 release, and Patta has not said the two drops are connected. They do share a season and a fabric, and a customer who wants a Patta knit for winter will have at least two to choose from.

Patta, founded in Amsterdam in 2004, has spent 2026 pairing its own label with other names: Crocs, BEAMS, Lacoste and Carhartt WIP. Friday's knitwear sells in the three cities where the label has stores, and online everywhere else. The run began quietly, with a T shirt customization event on August 14 at the Amsterdam flagship on Zeedijk 67, where each RSVPed guest was handed a blank tee to personalize in store.
