Then it landed a slot on On The Radar Radio, the New York platform built for over a decade on English language rap freestyles, billed not as a freestyle but as an On The Radar Performance. That distinction, freestyle versus performance, is the whole story here, and it mirrors a pattern FO already tracked in Future's decision to keep Wheezy over adding Metro Boomin for one more rollout: platforms increasingly bend toward whatever is already moving, not whoever has the biggest name attached.

Fizzle Built the Beat Before Shirin David Wrote a Verse

KitschKrieg is Christian Meyerholz, Christoph Wilhelm Erkes and Nicole Schettler, a Berlin production trio that formed in 2015 and spent a decade making other rappers sound finished before stepping into the spotlight themselves. Their "Standard," made with Trettmann, Gringo, Ufo361 and Gzuz, held the number one spot in Germany for two weeks and won Best Producer and Best Song at the Hiphop.de Awards. "Gut Genug" dropped as a single on the way to their album Kitschkrieg Zwei, 13 tracks released June 5, 2026 through Four Music and SoulForce Records.
