The Wagyu Pronto borrows its name and its protein from the sandwich that anchors the West Hollywood menu, where a wagyu pastrami sits inside the Perfect Pastrami on a poppyseed kaiser roll. Bringing a wagyu forward sandwich across an ocean, rather than a cheaper cut, signals Kith is not diluting the format for a second market. It is the same sourcing standard, priced for a Regent Street lunch crowd instead of a Sunset Boulevard one.

Ronnie Fieg Runs Three Service Windows Out Of One Address

Ronnie's London operates three separate service windows out of the same Regent Street building, each running its own hours. The main restaurant runs 8am to 4pm Tuesday through Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. The Burger Bar keeps a tighter noon to 4pm window on weekdays and noon to 5pm on weekends, and Grab and Go stays open 8am to 4pm every single day.

Ronnie's London is Fieg's first independent restaurant, a Mediterranean inspired New York bistro built adjacent to the Kith London flagship. Ronnie's Pronto in West Hollywood, the fast casual sibling that supplies the Wagyu Pronto recipe, was his second venture and a different format entirely, built for grab and go traffic instead of a sit down room.

Disco Fries Never Touched The West Hollywood Menu

Disco Fries, the Regent Caesar Salad and the Beet Salad do not appear anywhere on the West Hollywood Ronnie's Pronto menu. Kith built all three specifically for the London opening rather than porting the entire Los Angeles lineup across the Atlantic unchanged.

That distinction matters more than it looks. A straight port would have told a simpler story: Kith found a menu that worked and copied it. Building three London only dishes alongside three imports tells a more deliberate one, that the London kitchen is being trusted to originate its own plates rather than just execute a Los Angeles playbook on a six hour time difference.

Ronnie's Pronto operates as fast casual, grab and go dining beside the Kith West Hollywood flagship on Sunset Boulevard, the retail space Fieg reopened this year with a McIntosh listening studio and the New Balance 99X. Ronnie's London folds that same fast casual instinct into a full service bistro rather than building a separate storefront for it, running the Burger Bar and Grab and Go counters alongside the sit down dining room in one building.
