LEWIS HAMILTON PARKS HIS F40 ON MONZA'S DEAD BANKING

Kimi Antonelli arrives at Monza leading the 2026 drivers standings by 59 points over George Russell, the youngest points leader in F1 history, and the paddock's real storyline through Monza is a teenager running away with a title, not a seven time champion recreating old photos. Antonelli spent the week before Monza playing cards with an NBA All Star in a bar near the circuit instead of chasing nostalgia. Hamilton's F40 moment earns headlines. It does not earn points, and Ferrari's actual title math this year runs through Antonelli's side of the paddock, not his.

The F40 Keeps Showing Up in 2026

Michael B. Jordan's next film already put an F40 back in Ferrari's marketing this August, the same silhouette driven in London for his 2027 Thomas Crown Affair remake. Two F40 moments in three weeks, one from an actor, one from an actual Ferrari driver, is not a coincidence Ferrari's marketing team is unhappy about.
