ALD'S FW26 DELIVERY 2 LEADS WITH A GORE TEX FISHTAIL PARKA

Aimé Leon Dore released FW26 Delivery 2 on October 9, 2026 at 11am ET, 49 days after Delivery 1, and it leads with a GORE TEX down filled fishtail parka where the first delivery led with a suede racer jacket and a leather varsity. The drop sold on aimeleondore.com and at the flagships in New York, Los Angeles and London, and Pause Magazine reads it as a collection built on military surplus, workwear and old school sportswear.

Jet Black, Thyme and an 80/20 Duck Down Fill

The fishtail parka comes in Jet Black and Thyme, according to StyleRave, with an elongated, military inspired cut and the longer back hem that gives a fishtail its name. Aimé Leon Dore's product page lists a regular fit, a shell of 100% recycled nylon and an 80/20 white duck down fill. Product listings also show black and olive versions, so the colorway names differ from outlet to outlet.

That is a standard way to build a winter parka. The choice that sets this one apart is the length and the surplus silhouette, not the insulation.

It is also not the only insulated piece. Delivery 2 adds a down filled surplus parka, a quilted trucker jacket, a shearling biker vest and a napa leather bomber, which puts five cold weather layers in a single delivery. GORE TEX was already in the season before this: the Rain Delay Jacket carried it on August 21 under Mets, Yankees and Dodgers crests.

Calfskin and Vibram Take Over the Footwear Wall

The new Field Boot is handcrafted in Italy from calfskin leather and finished with a Vibram lug sole, per StyleRave, and Pause describes the sole as chunky. Delivery 1 closed its footwear with Italian made Crest Saloni loafers, so the season's shoe story has moved from loafer to lug sole in 49 days.

New Balance returns on the sneaker side. The ALD x New Balance T500 arrives in Chocolate Truffle and Laurel Oak, joined by a blue and yellow New Balance Gator, per Pause. That follows the July 9 FuelCell running capsule, which was already Teddy Santis's third New Balance sneaker collaboration of 2026.

Highlanders on a Tote, Hockey on a Jersey

Aimé Leon Dore's own highlights for the drop name four pieces: the NY Highlanders Wool Tote Bag, the Team Aimé Hockey Jersey, the Field Boot and the Patchwork Knit Chore Jacket. Highlanders is the name the Yankees played under before the club took its current name in 1913, which makes the tote a deeper cut on a franchise the Rain Delay Jacket had already put on a crest.

Woven leather totes, custom jewelry and vintage style training gear fill out the accessories, according to Pause.

Neither the tote nor the jersey is a Knicks piece. The Knicks cap that showed up in the Delivery 1 lookbook, reported by Dance Wax on August 21, has not been confirmed by the brand or the team, and the Delivery 2 lists published so far name no Knicks item.

49 Days After Delivery 1, the Season Turns to Weather

Fall has moved slower than spring did. Spring Summer 2026 ran from Delivery 2 on March 12 to Delivery 5 on May 14, four deliveries in 63 days. Fall Winter 2026 has reached its second delivery on October 9, 49 days after the first.

The gap was filled by named releases instead of numbered ones. The first Last Resort AB collaboration landed on August 24, the fleece lined Sport Windbreaker on September 4, and the Aimé Leon Dore and The North Face capsule on September 17, which sold on both brands' sites and was the first release in that partnership to sell outside Aimé Leon Dore's own channels. Counting Delivery 1 on August 21 and Delivery 2 on October 9, that is five release dates in seven weeks.

Teddy Santis has kept a pace of roughly two releases a month since February, and the fall calendar matches it. The shape of the season has changed more than the speed. Delivery 1 opened with the Suede Cafe Racer Jacket and the Technics Varsity Leather Jacket, per Complex, alongside tailoring in woolen tweeds and a Merino Wool Knit Cycling Polo. Delivery 2 opens with parkas, a Field Boot and a hockey jersey.

Both deliveries sold on a Friday at 11am ET, August 21 and October 9, and the 49 days between them is seven weeks to the day.
