# Nike ACG's All Conditions Express Turns Alps Into Moving Basecamp
Nike just hijacked a heritage Italian train, painted it safety cone orange, and turned it into the most extra outdoor marketing stunt we've seen all year.
## When Tennis Stars Become Train Conductors
Jannik Sinner and Bebe Vio served as ticket inspectors for the All Conditions Express inaugural departure from Milan Central Station on February 5. The world number two tennis player was literally punching tickets while Bebe Vio worked a megafono, inviting passengers aboard Nike's rolling billboard to the Winter Olympics.
This wasn't some quick photo op. The All Conditions Express is a repurposed Italian commuter train, painted orange and covered in ACG insignia, running from February 5 through February 8 straight into the Orobic Alps.
## Inside Nike's Moving Laboratory
Forget everything you know about train travel. Every single detail of the All Conditions Express was designed to reflect ACG's philosophy, from the carriages down to snowplows and fire extinguishers.
One carriage was set up to showcase the technical features of the new Nike ACG Ultrafly Trail and the Nike ACG "Lava Loft" jacket. Another carriage was entirely devoted to recovery, featuring the product developed in collaboration with Hyperice: an evolution of the Normatec Elite.
Custom seating compartments provide travelers with equipment kits suited for varying conditions, while a café cart inspired by traditional alpine refuges serves as the social heart of the journey.
## The ACG Comeback Story
This train stunt isn't random flexing. Nike officially announced the reintroduction of ACG as a specialized outdoor-performance brand focused on trail running, hiking, and exploration, moving beyond its recent lifestyle-leaning trajectory.
Members of the All Conditions Racing Department, including athletes such as Drew Holmen, Bailey Kowalczyk, Caleb Olson, Daniela Oemus and Cesare Maestri, alongside Baptiste Coatantiec and Ross Bollon, are all on hand to share their insights during the four-day alpine journey.
Commissioned to carry athletes and onlookers from Milan deep into the snow-capped mountains of the Orobic Alps, the four-day train ride is a perfect way to reintroduce Nike's retooled ACG line to the world.
This is Nike doing what Nike does best: taking a product launch and turning it into theater. The All Conditions Express isn't just marketing, it's proof that the best brand activations happen when you stop playing it safe and start playing with trains.
